• We aim to deliver on time but are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics or unforeseen events.

5.Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items within 10 days of delivery.

• Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Approved refunds will be processed as per our refund policy. COD orders may require bank details for refund processing.
